Edwin Diaz allowed two hits over a scoreless ninth inning on Friday against the Marlins, recording his 15th save.
Diaz wasn't perfect in this one but was helped out by Jon Berti's caught-stealing despite being down two runs. His wasn't commanding his fastball well so he relied on his slider, throwing it 71% of the time. Diaz can be forgiven for the occasional outing when he's not at his best, especially when he manages to record the save anyway. Keep starting him, of course, as he's one of the handful of relievers who can be left in your lineup at all times without a second thought.
