Rays outfielder Luke Raley went 1-for-4 with an RBI single during his season debut against the Pirates on Friday evening. He also struck out once in the contest. Tampa Bay ultimately defeated by a score of 4-3 in 10 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Raley struggled offensively as a rookie last season, slashing .182/.250/.288 with two homers, four RBI, two walks, and 25 strikeouts. However, his sprint speed of 28.9 feet per second ranked among the top eight percent of hitters in MLB.
