Craig Kimbrel picks up 13th save of the season in Dodgers win Friday

by Josh Thiessen | Orioles Correspondent | Sat, Jun 25th 11:42am EDT

Craig Kimbrel went pitched the ninth inning on Friday, striking out one, and giving up one hit for zero earned runs as he earned the save in the Dodgers' 4-1 win over the Braves.

Fantasy Impact:

Kimbrel is clearly still the Dodgers go to guy as he has appeared in every high leverage situation. Despite some struggles this year, as he has blown three saves, he still has picked up 13 saves and remains an elite option out of the teams bullpen. The 34 year old is pitching with a rather high ERA of 4.30 and an above average WHIP of 1.52.
