Max Fried pitched 6 2/3 innings, allowing two earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out nine during Atlanta's win over Los Angeles on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Fried had a nice game, shutting out the Dodgers through six innings before allowing a couple of singles to score runners. He managed to induce an impressive 20 swinging strikes and finished the game with an equally impressive 36 percent CSW. On the season he is 7-2 with a 2.77 ERA and 1.05 WHIP with 92 strikeouts over 15 starts. He'll next toe the rubber in a matchup against the Reds on Friday.
