Josiah Gray lasted a career-high seven innings on the mound for the Nationals Saturday, allowing two runs on four hits while also walking one and striking out nine, picking up a no-decision in the Nationals' 3-2 loss to the Rangers.

Gray has allowed two runs or less in each of his four starts on the mound this month for the Nationals, posting a microscopic 1.13 ERA and 0.88 WHIP to go along with 28 strikeouts in June. The 24-year-old continues to be a stabilizing force at the front of the Washington rotation, posting a 3.82 ERA and 1.21 WHIP to go along with a 9.80 K/9 ratio in 14 starts (5-4) on the mound this season.
