Trevor Rogers surrenders three runs in no-decision on Saturday

by Brad Richter | Marlins Correspondent | Sun, Jun 26th 10:42am EDT

Trevor Rogers only made it through 4 1/3 innings on Saturday against the Mets allowing three runs on seven hits. He ended up with a no-decision in the 5-3 loss while walking one and striking out five.

Fantasy Impact:

Rogers has struggled this season with a 5.86 ERA through 14 starts compared to a sparkling 2.64 ERA last season. His xFIP this year (4.57) is also more than a run higher than last season's (3.54) mark. The lefty has allowed three or more runs in six of his last seven starts and can't be trusted in fantasy lineups at the moment. Rogers' next chance to turn his season around will come on Friday on the road against the Nationals.
