Isaac Paredes remains hot with two doubles against Pirates

by Andersen Pickard | Rays Correspondent | Sun, Jun 26th 8:03pm EDT

The Isaac Paredes show continues. The Rays' first baseman went 3-for-3 with two doubles, a single, and a walk against the Pirates on Sunday afternoon. He also tallied an RBI as Tampa Bay ultimately defeated Pittsburgh by a score of 4-2, closing out a three-game sweep at home.

Fantasy Impact:

Paredes is slashing .255/.315/.612 with 10 homers, 21 RBI, eight walks, and 15 strikeouts through 34 games this season. He is now hitting an otherworldly 11-for-19 (.579) with five homers and nine RBI over the course of his last five games. He's likely a lock for AL Player of the Week and has plenty of fantasy intrigue, especially in deeper leagues.
