Spencer Strider pitched six innings, striking out seven in a no-decision against Los Angeles on Sunday.

Strider did all that he could in this game, keeping the powerhouse Dodgers off of the board for six innings. It was a sharp start for the young right-hander after he had an off night, allowing six earned runs in his last outing. He posted a nice 31 percent CSW and averaged 94.7 mph on 96 pitches. On the season he is 3-2 with an impressive 3.02 ERA and 1.08 WHIP with 79 strikeouts over six games started. His next matchup is against the Reds on Saturday.
