Erick Fedde lasted five innings on the mound Monday, allowing two runs on three hits while also walking two and striking out four in the Nationals' 3-2 win over the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
Fedde has allowed three runs or less in four of five June starts for the Nationals, posting a 4.05 ERA and 1.28 WHIP to go along with a 1.55 K/BB ratio in that span. The veteran right-hander has been solid but unspectacular in the Washington rotation this season, carrying a 4.40 ERA and 1.44 WHIP to go along with a 7.21 K/9 ratio in 15 starts (5-5) on the mound this season.
