Max Muncy hits no-doubter in Dodgers loss Tuesday night

by Josh Thiessen | Dodgers Correspondent | Wed, Jun 29th 10:12am EDT

Max Muncy went 2-for-4 at the plate on Tuesday, hitting a solo homer along with a double, and struck out once as the Dodgers lost to the Rockies in a 7-4 game.

Fantasy Impact:

Muncy has been horrendous so far this season with his low batting average of .167 and a spotty OPS of .627. The Dodgers third basemen can be hard to stomach at times with how bad he has played, but then he has a game all of the sudden where he hits a moon shot 443 foot home run. The 31 year old can be rostered but should not be trusted for anything other than pedestrian fantasy value.
