Fantasy Impact:
With Bryce Harper on the injured list, the Phillies have recalled Hall to provide some left-handed pop to the lineup. He has shown some power this season in Triple-A, sporting a .269 batting average with 20 home runs, 67 RBI and five stolen bases across 279 at-bats. Fantasy managers in deep leagues will want to take a wait-and-see approach with the young hitter and pick him up at the first sign of a hot streak.
