Padres infielder Jake Cronenworth provided much of the offense for San Diego Wednesday. He went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored in a 4-0 win over the DBacks.
Cronenworth has really turned his season around. The second baseman was struggling through the first two months. However, in June the 28-year-old is hitting .297 with 24 runs scored and 24 RBI. He obviously is not going to put up those types of numbers every month the rest of the way, but at the very least he earned himself a spot in all fantasy lineups.
