Justin Turner hits two home runs in Dodgers win Thursday night

Justin Turner went 3-for-3 at the plate on Thursday, hitting two home runs for three total RBI and also hit one single as the Dodgers snuck past the Padres on Turners shoulders in a 3-1 game.

Fantasy Impact:

Turner single handedly carried the Dodgers in this one as he scored the only runs for the team, his home runs were his fifth and sixth of the season but his RBI count shot up to 41 which ranks 35th in the league. The Dodgers third basemen isn't swinging the bat as well as his RBI numbers may show as he is batting a below average .227 with a below average OPS of .673. The 37 year old is still usable in fantasy to use his RBI value along with the fact he plays in the heart of the Dodgers potent lineup, however Turner certainly is nearing the end of his prime and managers should expect nothing more than mid-tier production from him for the rest of the season.
