Rich Hill suffers left knee sprain during outing vs. Cubs

Red Sox starter Rich Hill allowed three runs, three hits, and four walks while striking out three batters during his outing against the Cubs on Friday. He exited after just 4 2/3 innings due to what the club is describing as a left knee sprain. Hill did not factor into the final decision as Boston ultimately fell to Chicago by a score of 6-5. After the game, Hill said that he felt a pop in his knee and tried to pitch through it. The team is awaiting more information, and it's unclear if he'll miss any additional time. The veteran southpaw is 4-4 with a 4.20 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and .250 OBA through 15 outings this season.
