Tony Gonsolin pitched 7 2/3 innings on Friday, striking out eight, and giving up four hits for one earned run as he picked up the win in the Dodgers' 5-1 game against the Padres.

Gonsolin picked up his 10th win of the season on Friday which ranks him first in that category. The Dodgers pitcher has been absolutely phenomenal on the mound this season as he is pitching to the tune of a 1.54 ERA and he has a WHIP of 0.82 which both rank first in the league. The 28 year old should be started in every game he plays in as one of the best pitcher in the league, his next start will come against the Rockies on July 6th.
