Fantasy Impact:
Manning has been on the injured list since April 20 (retroactive to April 17) with a right shoulder injury and has been slowly rehabbing. The move to the 60-day injured list is purely administrative as the Tigers are opening a spot for right-hander Garrett Hill on the 40-man roster. Manning is ramping up his rehabilitation and could return to action sometime after the all-star break.
