Ty France (forearm) will not be activated from IL on Monday

Ty France will not be activated from the 10-day IL on Monday when he's first eligible, according to Scott Servais. (Daniel Kramer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
France still has yet to hit on the field as he recovers from a Grade 2 flexor strain in his forearm. Servais said there's an outside hope that he can return next weekend depending on how his recovery progresses this week, but that seems like a pipe dream at this point. Keep him in your IL spot for at least one more week and hope his recovery goes well enough so that we see him next week.
