Eduardo Escobar went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run on Sunday against the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Escobar's blast traveled 421 feet and gave the Mets a little breathing room in the fourth inning. Although he has only nine home runs on the season, he homered in each of the three games against the Rangers, and looks to be slowly but surely finding his power stroke. Remember that Escobar battled dizziness and vision issues earlier in the year, so this may just be some natural correction now that he is past those issues. He's still just on the fringe of mixed-league relevance, but he's worth adding if you need help at third base.
