Touki Toussaint was traded to the Los Angeles Angels for cash considerations and optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake. (Angels PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Toussaint was designated for assignment on Saturday by the Braves but will now find himself in the Angels organization. In 11 games with the Braves, he posted a 4.50 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and a career low 8.64 K/9 ratio. The young right-handed will need to prove himself again in Triple-A and does not hold much fantasy value right now.
