Dylan Floro secures second save in as many days Monday

by Nate Miller | Nationals Correspondent | Mon, Jul 4th 3:20pm EDT

Dylan Floro gave up one unearned run on two hits over one inning en route to his second save of the season in Monday's 3-2 win over the Nationals.

Fantasy Impact:

We might now be looking at a closer platoon forming in the Marlins bullpen, as Floro grabbed a second save in as many days Monday afternoon. It is notable that the veteran righty picked up both saves in the 10th inning of the respective games. Miami's left-handed closer Tanner Scott did not pitch on Monday after blowing a save attempt Sunday. He had pitched on three consecutive days prior. Floro piled up 15 saves for the Marlins in 2021.
