Max Scherzer strikes out 11 in return on Tuesday

Max Scherzer allowed two hits and struck out 11 over six shutout innings on Tuesday against the Reds. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Scherzer looked a lot like his old self, generating 15 whiffs and tallying a ridiculous 44% CSW rate. His velocity was up about a mile per hour and he gave up just two hard-hit balls. In other words, Scherzer was back and as good as ever, and should immediately be valued again as a top-10 pitcher. He will take on the Marlins next.
