Luis Garcia struggles but picks up 7th win Tuesday

Astros starter Luis Garcia did not have his best stuff Tuesday night, but left with a win anyway. He allowed five runs on eight hits and a walk over 6 1/3 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
The Astros right-hander gave up two home runs, but did at least strike out seven. He improved to 7-5 on the season as Houston's offense had his back. He'll look for his fourth straight win in a favorable matchup at Oakland next time out.
