Jason Grilli recorded save number 17 on Monday night, allowing one run on two hits in the process.
Fantasy Impact:
Grilli induced two quick fly outs to David Ortiz and Xander Boagerts, but then allowed a double to Pablo Sandoval. Andrelton Simmons followed with a rare throwing error and a single by Mookie Betts brought in Sandoval - so we cannot place all of the blame on Grilli for the run scoring, which was unearned. Continue to use Grilli with confidence.
