Red Sox second baseman Jeter Downs went 2-for-3 with a double and two-run homer against the Yankees on Sunday afternoon. He also struck out once. The 23-year-old accounted for all of Boston's run production as they fell to New York by a score of 13-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Downs is now 5-for-25 with four RBI, one walk, and 12 strikeouts through nine games this season. He should be left on waivers in all leagues.
