Garrett Hill takes loss Thursday

Garrett Hill allowed three runs on five hits over five innings of work in a 5-0 loss to the A's in the second game of a Thursday doubleheader. Hill struck out four and walked two while taking the loss.
Fantasy Impact:
Hill's only mistake was a three-run homer to Sean Murphy in the sixth inning. The rookie hurler did a decent job limiting scoring on Thursday but he's still struggling to miss bats, with just five swinging strikes on the evening. He will take a 1-2 record and 5.63 ERA into his next start, which will be against the Padres on Wednesday.
