Josh Winckowski charged with loss Tuesday

Red Sox starter Josh Winckowski allowed five runs, six hits, and one walk over three innings of work against the Guardians on Tuesday evening. He surrendered two homers, struck out just one batter, and was charged with the loss. Boston ultimately fell to Cleveland by a score of 8-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Winckowski is now 3-5 with a 5.18 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, and .285 OBA through eight starts in his rookie season. He has demonstrated suboptimal control (6.08 K/9 and 3.38 BB/9) and should be left on fantasy waivers.
