Tyler Alexander allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits over four innings in a 5-3 loss to the Blue Jays on Thursday. Alexander took the loss while striking out one and walking one.
Fantasy Impact:
Alexander gave up a two-run homer to Matt Chapman but mostly pitched well other than that. The 28-year-old has made 15 appearances in 2022, posting a 2-4 record, 4.10 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts over 37 1/3 innings of work. He is scheduled to take on the Twins on Tuesday.
