Jordan Romano pitched 1 1/3 innings picking up his 22nd save during Toronto's win over Detroit on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Romano managed to retire the last four batters of the game on his way to collecting his 22nd save of the season. He hasn't allowed an earned run in three straight appearances and has five total save in the month of July. Fantasy managers should continue to roll him out with confidence as he looks well on his way to eclipsing his career-best in saves this year. He now sports a 2.45 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 40:14 strikeout-to-walk ratio over 36 2/3 innings pitched.
