Alex Cobb lasted six innings on the mound for the Giants Friday, allowing one run on three hits while also walking one and striking out 11 in the Giants' 4-2 loss to the Cubs.

Cobb has allowed four runs or less in each of his six starts on the mound this month for the Giants, posting an impressive 2.75 ERA and 1.08 WHIP with 32 strikeouts in that span.
