Jordan Romano picks up save on Saturday

Jordan Romano tossed a scoreless ninth inning, allowing one hit while striking out one during Toronto's win over Detroit on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Romano allowed a single to Riley Greene but settled down to strike out Victor Reyes and collect his 23rd save of the season. He's had an excellent July, producing six saves, allowing one earned runs with 10 strikeouts over nine appearances. He should continue to see ample opportunities for a hot Blue Jays team that has won nine of their last 11 games. On the season Romano has a stellar 2.39 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with 41 strikeouts over 37 2/3 innings.
