Kyle Higashioka went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in New York’s 7-3 loss to the Mariners on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Higashioka’s home run was his first since July 6 and first at Yankee Stadium since June 15. Higashioka is slashing .197/.248/.354 with six home runs and 18 RBI in 147 at-bats this season. He continues to be on the short end of the catcher platoon with Jose Trevino, with the latter being the better fantasy option. However, Higgy can offer extremely low-cost value allowing fantasy managers to allocate their budget elsewhere in DFS formats on days like this.
