Fantasy Impact:
This is a big blow for the Brewers who just designated Pedro Severino for assignment yesterday. Milwaukee has called up Mario Feliciano to back up Victor Caratini while Narvaez is on the shelf. Fantasy managers will want to await word from the Brewers if this injury is going to require longer than 10 days to heal.
