Jason Heyward hits his sixth home run of the season

The St. Louis Cardinals have been doing a lot of things very well all season. But they still haven't mastered life on the road and Redbird hitters have been susceptible to left-handed pitchers. On Thursday, Jason Heyward took advantage of some right-handed pitching and parked a ball over the fence. Heyward finished the game 1-of-3 with a solo home run and a walk. Fantasy Impact:

Surprisingly, Heyward has found more success against left-handed pitching this season. When Heyward took Minnesota Twins' starter Mike Pelfrey, he ended up with his sixth home run (fourth against right-handers) of the year. Heyward is a tough fantasy player to figure out because of his inconsistencies, but he has a high ceiling and is worth a start on a daily basis, depending on the matchup.
