Ryand Howard provides big blow in win over Orioles
by Kerry Kauffman | Thu, Jun 18th 4:24pm EDT
The Phillies got just five hits in their 2-1 win over the Orioles. The win snapped a nine-game losing streak. Ryan Howard provided all of the offense for the Phillies, going 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Howard is now batting .236 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard now has 12 home runs and 30 RBI this season. He's slugging .471 and has an OPS of .747. Howard is still a viable power option at first base, but will provide little in any other fantasy categories.
