Garrett Cooper was removed from Thursday's game after his calf tightened up while running out a ground ball in the sixth inning. (Jordan McPherson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Manager Don Mattingly added that the move was precautionary, "but we'll see where it goes." More information about the severity of this injury should come soon but consider him day-to-day for now. Jesus Aguilar came in to pinch hit for Cooper Thursday and would see more action if Cooper is out.
