Joey Wendle went 2-for-4 with a triple and an RBI in Miami’s 3-0 win in Philadelphia on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Wendle notched his first triple of the season to lead off the game before hitting an RBI single in his second at-bat. Wendle registered his first multi-hit game since July 28 and is just 5-for-32 (.156)in August. Wendle is slashing .262/.306/.360 with two home runs, 23 RBI, 11 walks, and seven stolen bases this season. Wendle is already at seven steals after stealing exactly eight bases in each of the last three seasons in Tampa.
