Dean Kremer (4-4) allowed four earned runs on six hits over 5 2/3 innings Thursday versus the Red Sox, owning the loss in the 3-4 defeat. The right-hander struck out six and yielded one walk in the 87-pitch outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Kremer's ERA continues to be difficult to trust as he allowed a 6.35 ERA Thursday, resulting in a 3.69 ERA on the year. The good news is that the righty generated 11 whiffs Thursday while producing an average pitch velocity of 88.0 and a max pitch velocity of 96.0. The Stockton native is scheduled to start versus the Blue Jays in Toronto on August 16.
