Alex Verdugo reaches all four times Saturday
by Andersen Pickard | Yankees Correspondent | Sat, Aug 13th 11:09pm EDT
Red Sox outfielder Alex Verdugo went 2-for-2 with a single and double against the Yankees on Saturday evening. He was also walked and hit by a pitch in the contest. The 26-year-old did drive in a run, but Boston ultimately fell to New York by a score of 3-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Verdugo has been a hot hitter as of late. He currently owns a five-game hitting streak and has gone 8-for-16 (.500) with five doubles and four walks during that span. He should be rostered in most fantasy baseball leagues down the stretch.
