Aaron Ashby was strong on the mound for the Brewers Sunday, allowing two runs on three hits while also walking two and striking out five in six innings, picking up the no-decision in the Brewers' 6-3 loss to the Cardinals.

Ashby has allowed more than two runs in two of his last three starts for the Brewers, posting a 16K/10BB ratio in that span. The left-hander has fought inconsistency on the mound for most of the season, posting a 4.24 ERA and 1.42 WHIP with 108 strikeouts in 22 appearances (16 starts) on the mound this season.
