by Josh Thiessen | Dodgers Correspondent | Tue, Aug 16th 12:23am EDT

Freddie Freeman went 2-for-5 at the plate on Monday, hitting a solo homer, and striking out once as the Dodgers went on to beat the Brewers in a 4-0 game.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman hit his 16th home run of the season on Monday, along with driving in his 73rd RBI, numbers which both rank in the top half of the league. The Dodgers' first basemen is batting an outrageous .321 on the season with an OPS of .922. The 32 year old is on a tear and is in the top five for NL MVP voting, he should be set in lineups permanently for the rest of the season.
