Ian Kennedy with a much needed strong performance

The San Diego Padres needed a strong outing to try to stop the momentum of the recent slide. Ian Kennedy delivered on Thursday. He went six innings giving up only one run. He held them to five base runners (four hits and a walk) while striking out four.
Fantasy Impact:
Kennedy's numbers still look bad, but he has been much better over the past four outings. If this continues, he could become a solid pitcher for medium sized leagues as he has had a few good seasons sprinkled into the course of his career.
