Dean Kremer (5-4) allowed two earned runs on seven hits over seven innings Tuesday versus the Blue Jays, earning the win in the 4-2 victory. The right-hander struck out six and yielded one walk in the 98-pitch outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Kremer reached the seven inning mark for the second start this season earning his fourth quality start. The righty generated an average pitch velocity of 88.8 and a max pitch velocity of 96.0 Tuesday. Games like this one definitely show the talent of Kremer yet he has been an inconsistent fantasy pitcher. The Stockton native is scheduled to start versus the Red Sox in Baltimore on August 21.
