Austin Voth earns first quality start Wednesday

Austin Voth (3-1) allowed zero earned runs on two hits over six innings, resulting in a no-decision in the 1-6 defeat. The right-hander struck out three and yielded one walk in the 86-pitch outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Voth posted his first six inning start on the year as he lowered his ERA to 4.86. The 30-year-old generated an average pitch velocity of 87.9 and a max pitch velocity of 95.4 Wednesday. He will need to reach the six inning mark in more starts to at least garner attention in quality start leagues. The Redmond native is scheduled to start versus the White Sox in Baltimore on August 23.
