Nathan Eovaldi scratched from Thursday's start

Red Sox starter Nathan Eovaldi has been scratched from his scheduled outing on Thursday, according to Alex Speier of the Boston Globe. The veteran hurler is dealing with neck, shoulder, and trapezius soreness. Eovaldi said he feels like he could pitch, so the move is precautionary and likely won't necessitate a trip to the injured list. Rookie Josh Winckowski will start in Eovaldi's place. Fantasy Impact:

Eovaldi has looked solid lately. He is 5-3 with a 3.37 xFIP, 48.4 GB%, 8.67 K/9, and 1.63 BB/9 through 18 starts this season. The right-hander should continue to be rostered in most fantasy baseball leagues going forward.
