Charlie Blackmon was removed after potentially tweaking a muscle in his leg in the 1st inning Thursday. Wynton Bernard replaces him. (Patrick Saunders on Twitter)

Blackmon looked uncomfortable after an infield single and initially looked ok to continue, but was ultimately taken out. More information on this injury should be available later today.
