Luis Patino to be recalled to start Thursday

Fantasy Impact:
Patino has only appeared in three games this season with the Rays, posting a 6.75 ERA and a .353 OBA in eight innings pitched. The 22-year-old has been much better in the minors this season, with a 3.62 ERA and a .238 OBA in 27 1/3 innings pitched.
