Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts went 1-for-2 with a single against the Pirates on Thursday evening. He also walked and was hit by a pitch in the contest. Boston ultimately fell to Pittsburgh by a score of 8-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Bogaerts is slashing .303/.375/.442 with nine homers, 49 RBI, 43 walks, and 95 strikeouts this season. He remains one of the top shortstops in baseball and should continue to be rostered in all fantasy leagues.
