Shea Langeliers drives in three runs in loss to Nationals Thursday

by Josh Thiessen | Athletics Correspondent | Fri, Sep 2nd 1:34am EDT

Shea Langeliers went 2-for-5 at the plate on Thursday, hitting a two-run homer along with a two-run RBI double in the 10th inning as the A's went on to lose to the Nationals 7-5 in extra innings.

Fantasy Impact:

Langeliers hit his third home run of his young career, and he has done it in just 14 games played in his MLB debut season. The Athletics' catcher has been fantastic even in the small sample size as he has hit .232 through his 14 games with an OPS of .759. The 24-year-old should be rostered in all dynasty leagues, and if he keeps this type of play up he will eventually be worth rostering in redraft leagues.
