Kyle Finnegan struggled in 2/3 of an inning in relief Wednesday, allowing five runs on four hits while also walking two and striking out one and taking the loss in the Nationals' 6-5 loss to the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Finnegan allowed runs for the first time in his last 10 relief appearances Wednesday, striking out 12 and recording four saves in that span. The right-hander has been fairly consistent out of the Nationals' bullpen this season. posting a 1.23 WHIP and 3.79 ERA with 57 strikeouts and eight saves in 55 relief appearances this season.
