Mike Clevinger gets bombed on in loss to Mariners

Padres SP Mike Clevinger allowed three home runs in a 6-1 loss to the Mariners Wednesday. He lasted just five innings and was charged with six runs on seven hits and two walks with two K's.
Fantasy Impact:
The Padres righty gave up two home runs in the first inning but appeared to settle down for a bit until the fifth when Carlos Santana all but ended his night. In three September starts, Clevinger has allowed 15 earned runs to the tune of a 9.64 ERA. It won't get any easier as the Cardinals are next up on tap.
